At Antegrity Homes Sdn Bhd, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be accepted. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

To qualify for a refund or return:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

Clearance, sale, or “Final Sale” items.
Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products.
Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, or e-wallet).
Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 1.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or wrongly delivered products.
For a size, model, or color change (if applicable), customers must return the original item (at their own shipping cost) and place a new order.

6. Exceptions & Limitations

Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund or cancellation once the order has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet the above eligibility requirements.
