At Antegrity Homes Sdn Bhd, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping & Fulfilment Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, and related matters.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed the next working day.
  • During peak sales or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer due to high demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with trusted courier partners such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and Ninja Van. Estimated delivery times are:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular): 5–7 working days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 7–14 working days

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight, and courier rates.
  • From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders (details will be displayed on our website).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s official website or mobile app.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the details are correct.
  • A signature or acknowledgment may be required upon delivery.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or request collection from a nearby branch/locker.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to inaccurate details, redelivery charges will apply.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • All orders are carefully packed before shipment.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will depend on the outcome of the courier’s claim process.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or confiscation of restricted goods.
